Preorders cannot be cancelled or returned unless you receive them damaged. Your payment is used towards material to make the entire batch of cases. Orders to you are insured in the incident of a damage. Thank you for understanding.

**Cancellations**

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS ON PREORDER OR REGULAR ORDERED ITEMS. Please be sure of your purchase before buying. 

**Refunds**

Refunds or exchanges only given in first 48 hours of receiving the case if the case arrives damaged. Upon inspection, please send pictures of the damage along with the pictures of the box and any other packaging. This will be needed for insurance claim purposes. Failure to provide pictures of the packaging material may forfeit acceptance of any return or exchanges. If you follow these procedures, we are very quick and happy to send you a new case!

MINOR Air bubbles and MINOR glue residue happen. We inspect EVERY SINGLE case before we ship to you by hand. If you receive a case that has one of these minor imperfections that means it passes quality check and is not returnable for that reason. If you feel that the case does not serve the functional purpose because of one of these reasons, please reach out to us. If you are just not happy because of one of these reasons, please reach out to us. We are flexible within reason and will accept a return. We may ask buyer to pay shipping if you want a return from one of these minor flaws.
